Acne Free In 3 Days - Yeah… Right! Or Maybe?

I’ve read numerous reviews of Acne Free In 3 Days, some glowingly positive sprinkled with superlatives, some strongly negative with barbed wire around. I’ve read it and re-read it over the years, and I have both positive and negative things to say about “Acne Free In 3 Days“.

Let’s start with the negatives, shall we? Much more fun that way :)

One thing i really dislike in an ebook, is a loooooong personal story about how the author learned this or that, had a hard time putting the knowledge to use and then BOOOM the insight struck them and they understood the magic, put it to use and lived happily ever after. Except he or she felt like he or she had to share this insight with the world! For a price, naturally, but still in the sharing spirit.

When I buy an ebook, i expect no more than 10% filler (for those of you who are new to the ebook thingy, filler is the word we use for unrelated content, content that tells a story behind the method but in fact doesn’t have anything to do with the method itself what-so-ever. With other words, if you can understand and put to use what the ebook teaches without the story - the story is a filler, only put there to raise the page count) material. Geez, that was a long parenthesis. It almost looks like a filler :D

Acne Free In 3 Days is a 125-page ebook. To please me, that means no more than 13 pages should be filling, explaining things i don’t really have to know (like names and places and people who said this or that and what the medical faculty says about this and that). This ebook is phenomenal. The chapter I wanted to read when I bought it, starts on page 82. That’s right. Over 80 pages of pure and clean filler.

I mean, sure, the story is interesting, but most of the explanations on those 82 pages only makes the whole thing appear a mysterious, magical new-age, hippie secret. The explanations won’t help you apply the method better or worse in any way. Acne Free In 3 Days? Reading 82 pages on a computer screen, that’s what takes 3 days :/

So, Is there anything positive to be said about it? Absolutely. In my opinion, the filler is the only negative thing about this book :)

The philosophy in this ebook can absolutely be tagged as “new age” or “hippie stuff“, mainly because it’s an all natural method.

The main part of the method is a detox version of a 3-day fast. You start with “cleaning up the plumbing” a bit, and then begin your 3-day journey to a new, detoxified body clear of skin problems. Very simple, and very effective.

So, will you be rid of your acne after those 3 days the book mentions? No. Most likely you won’t. The three days are used to clean your body from toxins. That is good for the skin as well as the rest of the body. Most people see the result on their skin within a 72 hour period, and pretty much everybody notices the difference on day 4, when you return to your normal diet again…

Acne Free In 3 Days then goes on to teach you how to keep your body relatively clean and how to change your diet to keep your skin healthy. If you follow the advices given on what not to eat and drink, you will definitely be Acne Free - but probably Not In 3 Days.

I recommend the book, if you have the discipline to follow strict rules with no cheating. This site is filled with other methods and tips if you are undisciplined :)
